FAQ

Questions providers ask before partnering with us.

Don't see yours? Email us and we'll answer directly.

What do we need to get started?

Your exam content (practice questions and rationales in whatever format you already use), how you organize competencies if you have that mapped, and brand assets (logo, palette). Course videos are welcome too, as YouTube links or short clips we host for you. If you don't have a formal competency map yet, we'll help you shape one from your existing material.

How long until a branded app is live?

We send you short demo videos first, then your own demo accounts to explore, and we point out everything that would be personalized to your program. Launch timing for your own program depends on the size of your material.

Is Korlea available on iOS and Android?

The branded web experience is live today. Native iOS and Android apps (Connected Platform shared listing, or a Dedicated App under your business name) are on the roadmap. Either way, learners study under your brand once your program is live.

How is pricing determined?

Korlea earns a share of what your learners and employers pay for access to your material. There is no build invoice, no seat license and no setup fee on the Connected Platform. We're inviting our first providers to set those terms with us as founding providers, and then we'll publish them for every provider after. See the Pricing page.

Is the share charged per learner?

No. You set your own prices, and the agreed percentage applies to what you collect, whether that is one course sale, an employer group contract or an event registration. Access you give away costs nothing.

Does Korlea charge learners, employers or partners?

No. Korlea works alongside the way you already sell: learners, employers and partners buy access from you, through your own channels, and never pay inside Korlea. You receive a monthly invoice based on your terms.

What is competency-based training here?

Instead of a random pile of practice questions, study is organized around the skills your exam measures. Learners see coverage and strength by competency, and spaced review brings weak material back before it fades.

Where does the name Korlea come from?

Korlea is short for core competency learning: study built around the core competencies your exam measures. It's pronounced Kor-Leah.

Can employers see how learners are doing?

When you offer group access, a workplace or partner point of contact can enroll seats and follow cohort progress within the privacy limits you set. Learners are told what is shared.

Does this help keep our question bank from being passed around?

It helps. Delivering content by competency in focused sets means far fewer full copies in circulation than printed packets. We can't stop a determined person from copying a screen, but casual redistribution drops.

Do you white-label completely, or does your branding still show?

Inside the product, completely: your logo, palette, and voice. On the app stores it will depend on the build once native apps ship. In the recommended Connected Platform model, learners will download the Korlea app and your program loads once they sign in or select it. With a Dedicated App, your program has its own store listing under your business name. Until then, the branded web experience is live.

What happens after launch?

We keep refining the app from instructor and learner feedback. Your terms are written down before launch and only change during your agreement in the ways it already sets out.

How do my learners get help?

Learners and employer contacts ask you, inside Korlea and under your brand, and you answer from your console. Your team asks Korlea from the same console. Learners always have a way to reach Korlea support.

Does Korlea work with screen readers and read aloud?

Yes. Every question can be read aloud, and the learner app and consoles are checked against accessibility standards in light and dark. Learners can turn the extras off, such as single-key shortcuts and vibration.
